Hola 😊! Soy Lucía y me encanta enseñar portugués.

¡No necesitas comprar libros!

Hola! Hello! Olá! 😁

I offer Portuguese classes online 👩‍💻 for all levels. I have more than 🔟years of experience in teaching foreign languages. We will work on pronunciation, grammar ✏️, comprehension and expression, while enriching your cultural knowledge on Brazil. During my classes, I usually do roll plays 🔝, games and dynamics, as students learn through play. Therefore, the classes are very interactive, dynamic and playful 🤝. I speak spanish, portuguese, english and italian.

I consider myself a calm person, with patience and I really enjoy seeing the growth of my students. This makes me feel gratitude 🙏. Besides teaching, one of my greatest passions is TRAVEL ✈️🌍 and my favorite country in the world is BRAZIL 🇧🇷❤️. I really enjoy reading, walking along the beach 🏝️, listening to music 🎶, practicing yoga, learning languages, watching films and drinking beer 🍻 with friends.

As a teacher, I describe myself as a person committed to their work 👌, patient, grateful to see their students 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓grow in learning, creative, responsible 🙏, organized and a person who enjoys their work, who often never ends up considering it a job 😍. Other classes also stand out for their demands: I believe that learning a foreign language requires time, dedication, patience and, above all, being in contact with the language to be able to advance further within the class. Therefore, the homework will be fundamental.

You don ́t need to buy books! I will send to you the books, which was written by me. Previous knowledge is not necessary to start studying Portuguese with me. The only thing you need is time, a computer, tablet or mobile with good internet connection, a microphone and headphones. And the most important: YOU NEED GOODWILLS!!!

Formación

I have studied to be a foreign language Portuguese teacher in the city of Buenos Aires 🇦🇷.
The fact that I lived in Brazil, more specifically in the 📍city of Rio de Janeiro, helped me improve not only my communicative skills, but also my knowledge of the local culture, which was personal and professional content 📝 to take to my classes 😊.

In addition, I have studied scientific-literary translation 🔁 in Portuguese, in Buenos Aires as well. I work as a freelance translator and specialize in translating web pages 🌐, tourist brochures, manuals and dictionaries.
The world of travel has always caught my attention, discovering what is new and different. Because of them, I also studied to be Tour Guide and Travel Agent.

Experiencia / Calificaciones

Since I have been a teacher I have dedicated myself to working in classes at a corporate level both in Argentina and in Europe, like a freelance. During the years of my career, I had to face groups of students (up to 20 students per class), one-to-one classes with senior hierarchical positions within the company I worked for. This allowed me to be in contact with different student profiles and it is important to know how to deal with them all.

I am capable of managing courses focused on adults, children, exam preparation (CELPE, for example), regular courses for mere curiosity, work or travel. The approach is addressed according to the student's needs.

Due to this, the students received the study material, which is completely made for me, this authentic material. It is very easy to use and is in PDF format, which is sent to your email. I offer online classes 👩‍💻, because I consider it to be a very functional tool 🗝️ for today and easy to combine with work life. It allows both students and teachers to optimize their time ⏳, save money 💰 and learn in an easy and safe way. I have seen that the results between face-to-face classes and online classes 📲 are exactly the same. Technology has advanced so much that there are no excuses for not being able to adjust face-to-face classes to an online format.
